Exploring Mungo National Park

Self Drive at Mungo National Park

Drive yourself through this amazing landscape at your own pace

A 70 kilometre Mungo Track loop takes you across the ancient lake bed and over the majestic Walls of China. Take a picnic lunch and stop at one of the many attractions; the rosewood rest, Mallee stop, the Round tank where you can see an old goat track, Vigar’s Wells or Zanci homestead. More information.

Whilst exploring the region, consider combining your Mungo Lodge stay with a relaxing 2 nights on a Murray River houseboat, a hot air balloon ride over Mildura, or a visit to one of the many wineries in and around Mildura.
